What is your policy for guarantee and broken parts?
We provide a 12-month warranty for all mechanical parts (excluding electrical/electronic components and normal wear items). The warranty period begins from the shipment date (B/L date). Coverage is limited to replacement of defective parts after verification of manufacturing faults, with cause inspection exclusively conducted by our manufacturing company.
What are your payment terms?
For orders ≤ $1,000 USD: 100% payment in advance. For orders > $1,000 USD: 30% T/T deposit with balance due before shipment.
How do we test your machinery?
Upon completion of manufacturing, we provide comprehensive testing videos for your review. You are also welcome to visit our factory for hands-on testing and operational training.
